Emma joined m2o in summer 2015 after her ordination at Coventry Cathedral. Prior to that she completed two years of theological training at Ridley Hall, Cambridge. She is originally from Cheshire and spent five years living in Edinburgh, first studying Divinity at the University and latterly working for St Paul’s and St George’s Church.
She’s passionate about people realising their potential and being all they are called to be. During her theological studies she’s written on feminist interpretations of the Bible and also focused more specifically on African women’s theology. Emma enjoys reading, trying out new recipes in the kitchen and getting back to Scotland whenever she can!
