First im2o Street Pastor

On Sunday 7 August Anne Love, a long standing member of m2o, was one of 16 people to be commissioned as Street Pastors for Rugby in Caldecott Park. 

 
The commissioning was done by Anwar Bourazza of the Ascension Trust.  The event was attended by the Mayor, Councillor Gwen Hotten and PC Adrian Bell who spoke of how much they valued the work fo the Street Pastors in Rugby.  PC Adrian Bell also read the lesson.

The service was attended by several hundred Christians from across Rugby.  The Youth for Christ Band led worship and during the last hymn the newly commissioned Street Pastors march off into the town!








Anne's first night as a Street Pastor will be in a couple of weeks time.
