New Wine is a great opportunity for members of m2o of all ages to get away together, to have a great time of worship and teaching, and just to let our hair down and enjoy one another’s company and get to know new friends.
Whether you have never been before or if you are a regular we hope you will join us in 2012 at Newark for New Wine North & East – Sat 28 July to Fri 3 August. It is the first week of the Olympics but there will be special venues and screens for you to keep up with all the sporting action if you don’t want to miss it!
To book at the cheapest rates you need to book by the end of November 2011. Adult rates start at £122.
You can book yourself online (http://www.new-wine.org/summer) - our church name is registered on the New Wine site as m2o Rugby - please use this exact form to ensure you are camped with us. Do let us know if and when you book!
However if you prefer, Jackie & I will book for you. In this case we will need details of your party, children's DoB and tent/caravan details. We will also need to have your payment by Monday 21 November at the latest! Cash, or cheques payable to "Martin Saxby".
Please see booking forms available at the back of church. Please note you only get the cheapest rates if you pay in full now! You are responsible for your booking even if we do it for you - so read the Booking Terms on one of the booking forms carefully. It’s a good idea to take out holiday insurance to cover you in the event of a cancellation. New Wine do not refund deposits at all and only make refunds of the difference if they receive a written request by 1 June 2011. m2o cannot make any refunds to you!
