St Matthew’s Children’s Ministry exists to support the role of parents by introducing Jesus to the children as their Saviour, Lord and Friend;   teachingthem how their friendship  with Jesus affects every part of their lives; encouraging a growing personal relationship with Jesus; helping them to worship and express their faith, and to discoverand develop their spiritual gifts, both within the church and amongst their friends.

In a nutsell the minstry exists, ‘To introduce children to our Father so they can live their whole lives with him’.
