Thurs 29 Nov - Desperate People
This is the most beautiful song, as I was writing out the lyrics for the PDF I realised again, it is amazing – this little bit is so cool, but the whole song is amazing!
“We didn’t come to leave here entertained, Or worship under any other name, We’re crying out for you alone You are holy”
You enter Gods presence, and that’s all you want – I love that this song reminds you of that – while you are singing you can say all you want is God, everything is in him. It is not entertainment you want, but Jesus.
Crying out for God is something we don’t do enough, on our knees, pleading for him to come closer to fill us!
Listen to the whole song and read the words – God is holy!!
