Seek God – 11 March 2010
Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you. Matthew 7:7 [NIV]
God always responds. He seeks you before you seek Him.
In Jeremiah 31:3, you can read what the LORD said a long time ago:
“I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love.
With unfailing love I have drawn you to myself.”
[NLT]
God responds, He turns to you, He seeks you. You feel His presence. He fills you with his presence and spirit. It is by His grace and through faith that you discern and experience God.
This experience of God, this being filled with His presence brings a deep spiritual peace, a joy, a love, a strong desire to praise and thank Him.
Today as you open ourselves to God, feel His presence, His power - and resolve today to witness to Him, to bring peace and love to those you meet.
